Wild rosella (Hibiscus sabdariffa) grows across the northern part of Australia. The beautiful deep crimson flowers are actually modified leaves that surround the Rosella seed pod. The flavour is tart and similar to raspberry and rhubarb. A delicious preserve that is good for you as Rosella contains very high levels of antioxidants!
Mango & Boab Jam – 125g
